Our Venue occupies approximately 1500 sq mtrs of the Centre Industries complex.  This is almost twice the size of the average high school gymnasium.  It is air conditioned except for the area housing equipment that demands a high roof to enable the use of the specialised apparatus.

The air conditioned area is the home of most of the junior classes and includes:

Viewing/Waiting Area.
Fully Sprung, Olympic Standard Floor Area.
Pommel Area including Olympic Standard Horse plus Buck, Mushroom etc.
Fully Padded Warm-up Area.
Olympic Standard Vault Run, Vaulting Table and Landing Area.
Tumble Trampoline and Landing Area
Sprung Tumble Run and Landing Area.
Horizontal Bars for conditioning and basic skill training.
Uneven Bars for basic skill training.
Beams, from Floor Level to full height for basic skill training
Numerous complementary devices for KinderGym and skill lead up activities.

The Warm-Up Area allows for multiple classes to warm-up simultaneously.  The firm padded area is used to develop flexibility, balance and strength and the sprung tumbling strip and tumbling trampoline is used to develop reflexes and aerial awareness.

This view focuses on predominantly MAG apparatus in the high roof area and includes heavily padded foam filled pits to allow gymnasts to learn advanced aerial skills and dismounts from Bars and Rings without risk of injury.

This view focuses on the WAG Beam and Uneven Bars but also shows the podium supporting a Vault Run and Tumbling Strip into another Foam Filled Pit.  The entire area is heavily matted and Landing Mats are strategically placed for each apparatus.

This view focuses on the Podium Vault & Tumbling runs into the Pit.  It is an excellent device for teaching advanced skills whilst minimising the risk of injury.  It is also useful for junior gymnasts for both fun and skill development.
