Recreational Tumbling Beginners
Recreational Tumbling Advanced
The advanced class is the next stage for children in the REC tumbling program. This class runs for 1.5hr and caters for the kids that are progressing quickly through their skills in the beginner program and also is a stepping stone towards our development program. During each lesson they will learn the skills that will get them ready for the development program. To enter the advanced classes the gymnasts need to be able to perform handstands, Round offs, Front flips and back handsprings.
The development tumbling program is and invite only class and is the final stage the tumblers do before they enter into the competitive tumbling program. Tumblers will have to attend a 2 hr class that runs twice a week. During that time the tumblers will spend each session fine tuning the skills that they learned in the recreational programs and also the necessary skills and strength to become a competitive tumbler.
