Trials: You can book 1 FREE Trial before deciding to commit to the term. We will hold that spot until 24 hrs after the trial date.

Make-up Classes: 2 make-up classes are offered per Term and can not be carried over to the following Term.

Waiting Lists: We have waiting lists for every class, however these lists do not roll over from Term to Term.

Rebooking is required at the end of each team.

Any concerns or issues relating to these should be referred to management and not the coaching team.

All staff are employed by MWGC and are limited to following Club protocol and procedures.

They cannot be asked to make changes or apply any exceptions to the rules.
