At MWGC, we believe that continual training and upskilling is essential to delivering the safest, highest-quality experience for our gymnasts. Today, we brought some of our coaching team together for a Staff Development Day, focused on learning, consistency, and best practice across our programs. 📚 The day began with an important classroom session led by Caedyn Hardy, covering key knowledge, shared standards, and coaching principles. 🤸‍♀️ We then moved into a hands-on spotting workshop with Alex Jolly, giving coaches the opportunity to refine practical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. A big thank you to International Squad 2 for assisting throughout the practical sessions, your support and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Week 2 was an awesome week of Holiday Fun! The gym was buzzing with energy as kids threw themselves into gymnastics, games, and creative activities, building confidence, skills, and friendships along the way. It was fantastic to see nearly 200 participants come through during Week 2, all bringing great attitudes and enthusiasm to every session. Huge credit to our coaching team for keeping the days fun, safe, and engaging from start to finish. We’ve now rolled into Week 3, with a few spots still available. Vale Neville Marsh It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Neville Marsh, a founding figure and lifelong supporter of Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club. Neville was our inaugural President, serving the Club from its earliest days in 1978 through to the early 2000s. His vision, leadership and dedication helped shape MWGC from a small community group into the thriving club it is today. Neville’s legacy lives on in the generations of gymnasts, families and coaches who have benefited from the foundations he helped build. We extend our deepest condolences to Sue, their family, and all who knew and loved Neville. Your legacy lives on in all you built.

Lucas, Saxon and Riccardo have arrived in the US and have started their final preparations before they represent Australia at the Windy City Invitational Competition this weekend! Wishing the boys all the luck and can't wait to cheer them on from back home!💪
