FreeG & Parkour
FreeG at MWGC is more than just a class—it’s a movement playground designed to inspire creativity, athleticism, and confidence. Combining elements of parkour, tricking, and freestyle gymnastics, our program supports all levels from beginners to elite athletes. It’s led by some of the most experienced coaches in the country, including Australia’s national parkour coach Caedyn and international parkour/tricking athlete Kent, ensuring every athlete receives expert guidance in a safe, encouraging environment.
Intermediate FreeG
Ages 7-9 years
This class is made for adventurous kids who love to move. Athletes learn the basics of parkour (vaults, jumps, landings, wall runs) and tricking (basic flips and twists), while building strength, coordination, and resilience. Classes are progressive and adaptable, helping each athlete grow at their own pace.

Senior FreeG
Ages 9 years and up
Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, FreeG 9+ is the place to flip, vault, climb, and move with freedom. This class blends parkour and tricking skills in a high-energy, supportive environment—perfect for athletes aged 9 and up who are ready to challenge themselves, build strength, and explore their own style. Classes are structured to cater for multiple levels, with coaching that adapts to individual progress.

Invitational FreeG Pro
Ages 9 years and up
Our elite-level FreeG program is for advanced athletes ready to take their movement to the next level. With a focus on technical precision, creative flow, and strength training, this invitation-only class offers serious challenge and growth for dedicated movers that are motivated to get involved in national level events as well as working towards international participation at FIG Parkour events.
