Calisthenics
Ages 16 years and up
Train like a gymnast, move like an athlete. Our Calisthenics class focuses on bodyweight strength, mobility, and control—think handstands, core work, pull-ups, and progressive skills. It’s perfect for adults who want to build real-world strength and impressive control without heavy weights. All levels welcome, with progressions tailored to your ability.


Fitter for Life
Ages 18 years and up
Feel strong, move well, and stay active for life. This class is designed for adults looking to build functional strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical confidence. Whether you're returning to exercise, staying fit through midlife, or keeping agile into retirement, Fitter for Life meets you where you're at. Supportive, social, and seriously good for your body and brain.
Open Gym
Ages 16 years and up
Join the movement. Open Gym is an unstructured training session for adults (16+) who want space to explore skills, strength, and movement in their own way. Whether you're into gymnastics, dancing, parkour, tricking, calisthenics, or just want to mess around on the equipment, this is your time to train freely. Coaches are on hand for safety and guidance, but you set the pace.
