Recreational Gymnastics Classes
We believe in providing top-notch lessons for children of all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their skills and build confidence in themselves. Whether your child is a beginner or already has some skills, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel.
Junior Rec
Ages 5-7 years
Our Junior Recreational classes are designed for school-aged children who are ready to build their gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment. These classes help children develop physical abilities like strength, balance, and coordination while also encouraging listening skills, following instructions, and working positively with others. Gymnasts progress through our 10-stage program, which is designed to track development and ensure steady, achievable growth at each child’s own pace. It’s a great foundation for both gymnastics and broader learning.

Intermediate Rec
Ages 7-9 years
Our Recreational class for 7 to 9-year-olds offers a dynamic and engaging gymnastics experience for children of all levels. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or continuing from a younger age group, this class provides opportunities to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence through fun, structured activities. Gymnasts are also supported in building focus, resilience, and teamwork as they learn in a positive and inclusive environment.

Senior Rec
Ages 9 years and up
Our 9+ Recreational class is perfect for older children and pre-teens who want to stay active, build skills, and enjoy the challenge of gymnastics in a supportive setting. This class caters to all experience levels and focuses on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate activities and skill progressions. Alongside physical development, our program encourages mental focus, resilience, and positive social interaction, helping gymnasts grow in confidence both in and out of the gym.

Rec Plus
Rec Plus is a bridging program designed for athletes who show potential for Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) but may not have entered the competitive stream at the traditional early age. This program offers a focused pathway toward state-level competition, with an emphasis on technical development, strength, flexibility, and foundational routines. Participation is by invitation or assessment, and athletes train 4 hours per week across two compulsory sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. While some gymnasts may go on to join a competitive squad, Rec Plus also provides a valuable opportunity for personal growth, skill progression, and increased confidence—regardless of future pathway.
