Makeup and Cancellation Policy
(Makeup Policy doesn't apply for Competitive groups)
Notifying absences can be done via the customer portal or app, we do not accept notifications via phone or email. If you have provided the requisite notice of at least two hours prior to a class that you were due to attend, you will receive a makeup that will expire in 90 days from the date of the class that you were due to attend. Makeup tokens will be available in your account once you’ve missed the class that you were due to attend.
Make up tokens can be booked on a self-serve basis via your customer portal app, we do not accept notifications of makeup booking via phone or email. Make up tokens can be booked to maximum seven days out from the date of your desired class and a strictly subject to availability, where another student has notified absent their position will be added to the pool of available make up lessons. Should you not be able to attend your make up lesson and provided that you have given the appropriate notice of two hours before the given class you will be able to redeem that make up token into another class.
Makeup tokens can only be booked into a level that you’re currently attending, if you’ve moved up to a new level since obtaining a makeup token, the eligibility of the token will move up to the new level as well. Makeup tokens are a service that we’re happy to offer the current clients without a maximum cap (you will get a token for however many classes are missed pending the required notice has been given through the portal), however, please note that if you are no longer a current client any remaining tokens on your account will be lost/ unable to be booked in.
