Rules, Terms and Conditions
BILLING POLICY
All accounts must have current & accurate billing details, and all policies accepted before enrolment will be allowed. Each enrolment is billed on a monthly auto-debit that will be run the first weekday of each month. Accounts will be followed up after billing has been run if the entire owing amount has not been settled, those who's outstanding amounts aren't settled within a month (or a discussed period agreed upon by both the family and administrative personnel) will not be allowed to continue their training.
MAKEUP POLICY
Missed classes for those in recreational classes, if notified in the portal a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start time of the class, will result in a makeup token generated on the account to be used within 90 days. Classes missed in the competitive levels (or recreational classes without proper notice) will be forfeited, without a credit/refund or makeup token, unless a medical certificate is provided in the case of injury.
DROP PROCEDURE:
Only written notice via email or a request through the parent portal will be accepted as notice. The athlete will be dropped from the specified date; you may choose to finish out the current billing cycle or forfeit the remainder of the classes in that period but an adjustment to billing already run will not be made. Competitive levels require a month's written notice to both their program manager as well as reception, notice will be taken from the date the email is sent.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE or by requesting through the portal. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification, then that student's account will be charged for the remainder of the billing cycle regardless of attendance. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
WHAT TO WEAR
Athletes should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity should not be worn. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. Be sure your child's personal items are marked with their name. This facility's staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen, nor looking through our lost and found on your behalf.
